Sierra know as Ms.Foxci was born in Charleston, South Carolina on February 18, 1986. Currently she resides in Savannah, Georgia where she is currently a full time college student majoring in Business Administration. Ms.Foxci has always wanted to model since she was young but wasn't accepted due to her height but now the industry has changed and she is making her dreams a reality.
